- All invoices are due within three (3) days of the date of installation, Cabling and equipment require 50% deposit upon acceptance and prior to start.
- The Term of this Agreement shall be for ONE YEAR, except INTERNET/FIBER/MSP term is 24 months from the date of service commencement. All services shall automatically renew for a period equal to the initial term on each anniversary. Any service upgrade or change will automatically result in extension of this agreement for the same term. Customer MUST provide a 30 days written notice of cancellation before end of the term.
- All quotes applicable taxes and miscellaneous FCC fees are best estimates and actual final amount will vary based on products.
- 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items within 5 business days, in original condition with prior approval.
- Overdue accounts past 30 days are subject to accrued interest charges and will result in limited use or blocked service on all outbound/inbound calls.
- CFBTEL reserves the right to cancel any overdue account without further notice. All cancelled lines and IT contracts due to nonpayment are subject to reactivation fee of $50 per line/seat.
- CFBTEL reserves the right to file UCC filing with state of California for all EQUIPMENT (via attached inventory list) under lease/rental.
- Normal usage applies to all Unlimited products. For Interstate & Intrastate calls, if percentage of short duration calls (under 6-Sec) exceeds 20% additional charge of $0.02 per call will apply.
